MOKA Child Safety Policy
Latest updated: January, 2025MOKA has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation and/or sexualization involving children. Any users not upholding MOKA's policies for protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18) as outlined below face removal from MOKA and potential actions by law enforcement.
Policies
Age Restriction
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use MOKA.
- Any attempts to falsify age to access the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.
MOKA uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited. Prohibited Activities include but are not limited to actions such as:
- Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as discussions, sexualized playacting, or wearing sexualized clothing, is prohibited.
- Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic representations such as drawings or animations.
- Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.
- Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
- Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
- Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.

Underage Appearance on the Platform
- Underage appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content is strictly prohibited.
- Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors.
- Attempts to falsify age to gain access to the platform.
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this Policy, please report it immediately through our in-app reporting system or by emailing kumar2404ankit@gmail.com.
Our team reviews all reports as quickly as possible and takes appropriate action based on our findings, which may include:
- Removing the content
- Warning the user
- Suspending or terminating the account
- Reporting to relevant authorities
Law Enforcement Cooperation
MOKA fully cooperates with law enforcement investigations related to child safety. We have established procedures for responding to law enforcement requests and legal orders, including preservation requests, emergency disclosure requests, and formal legal processes.
Where required by law, we report instances of child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate agencies.
Educational Initiatives
MOKA is committed to raising awareness about child safety online. We provide resources and guidance to users, parents, and guardians about safe internet practices, including:
- Information about identifying and avoiding online risks
- Guidelines for parents and guardians on monitoring online activity
- Resources for reporting concerns about child safety
